What we collect and why
- Enquiry forms. When you ask about our services, we store your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us: your business type, city, number of employees, your message, and which page or link you came from. We use this to reply to you and to understand which kinds of help small businesses ask about.
- Downloads. Before you download a document (such as a rules checklist), we ask for your name and email address so we can send you follow-up help if you want it, and so we know which documents are useful.
- Accounts. If you create an account to save your work, we store your email address and the plans and progress you choose to save, so they are still there when you sign in again.
- Site usage. We may count page visits and which buttons or downloads visitors click, so we can improve the site. We do not run advertising networks or sell this information.
The calculators and checklists themselves run in your browser. We only receive what you send us through a form or an account.
Payments
If you ever choose to pay for something on this site, the payment is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment company. Stripe holds your card details; we do not store card numbers on our systems. We receive only a confirmation that payment was made.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the site — website hosting, our database, email delivery, and payment processing — and only for the purposes described above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and download records so we can follow up and improve the site. If you would like your information deleted, email us and we will remove it.
Your choices and rights
California residents have rights over their personal information, including the right to know what is collected, to ask for a copy, and to ask us to delete it. Whatever state you are in, you can email info@bizzaly.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or unsubscribe from any emails we send.
Cookies
This site uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to save your work between visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
Bizzaly is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use industry-standard hosting and limit access to stored information to the people who need it to run Bizzaly. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive details (like tax identification numbers) through the forms.
